The process starts as our experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants meet the client to develop a clear and accurate understanding of the organization and the specific position. We discuss the client’s organizational structure and management framework alongside their operational practices, and the specific skills and experience required for the role in the long and short term.
Based on the information, we can then help the client to put together a job description and candidate specification including a competitive benefits and remuneration package.

What’s next, we formulate an executive search strategy that is consistent with our client’s specific needs in terms of time, confidentiality and budget. We will advise a tailored search and recruitment plan combining both Executive Search and Database Search.

Executive Search

We will seriously assess all applications against the job description and candidate specification, which have been previously formulated and agreed with our client.
Potential candidates are then evaluated over a series of personal interviews conducted by our Senior Recruitment Consultant.
Candidates are then shortlisted based on their motivation, qualification, technical skills and experience. We aim to provide our clients with the best available candidates in the market who not only have the knowledge and skills but also a genuine interest in the business of our clients.

We will also provide various administrative services associated with the assignment and other ad hoc services based on specific needs of different clients. These matters primarily comprise scheduling interviews and assessments (written test and group meeting), keeping candidates informed of the status of the selection, and upon the client’s instruction, notifying candidates of the outcome of selection.

We support clients as they negotiate employment terms and conditions with selected candidates. We can also assist with background checks such as obtaining references and confirming qualifications.
Our services won’t stop here after we have placed the candidates to the position as we will maintain regular contact with the placed candidates to help smooth the transition period.
